* 12/8/2025 - WE CAN NO LONGER SUPPORT SALES TO CALIFORNIA * 
Due to recently passed AB1263 we can no longer support sales to California. If we receive an order from a California address, we will cancel the order. DO NOT SHIP YOUR SLIDE AND BARREL to us if you live in California.

Shipping:
We ship all of our orders UPS Ground insured. Select the appropriate insured shipping option at checkout. It is highly recommended to select the option that covers the full replacement cost if your items. 

The shipping cost only covers return shipping. You are responsible for inbound shipping. See Shipping Instructions – JW Machining & Design LLC

You will receive an email when your order ships with tracking information.

We DO NOT ship internationally.

Lead Times:
Lead times vary based on the service ordered and current workload. It is our goal to turn around machining only orders in 1 to 2 weeks, but some orders can take 4+ weeks. Cerakote adds an additional 1 to 2 weeks. We do not do cerakote in house. We work with a local supplier. Kote & Dagger Customs.

Return/Refund Policy:
Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer returns. Once your parts have been modified there is no option to return them to the original state. If you are not happy with your order or if there is a problem with quality of our work, we will work with you to correct it. If your item is damaged during the machining process, we will replace it or cover the replacement cost. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at jwmachininganddesign@gmail.com.

Order Change / Cancellation:
If you need to change or cancel your order, please email jwmachininganddesign@gmail. Reference the order number in the email. Once the machining process has started, we cannot cancel the order, and it might be too late to make changes.
