Refund policy

Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer returns. Once your parts have been modified there is no option to return them to the original state. If you are not happy with your order or if there is a problem with quality of our work, we will work with you to correct it. If your item is damaged during the machining process, we will replace it or cover the replacement cost. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at jwmachininganddesign@gmail.com.
